Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive High Tensile Fasteners (Nuts & Bolts)

Location:

Kolkata, West Bengal

We are a reputed supplier and distributor of Welding, Cutting, Bevelling & Drilling Products. Serving key sectors such as infrastructure, fabrication, construction, heavy engineering, and OEMs, we pride ourselves on quality, timely delivery, and technical service. We are now venturing into Fastener Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • - Identify and develop new B2B customers across fabrication, construction, railways, OEMs, and heavy industries.
  • - Promote a wide range of fasteners including hex bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts, studs, and customized solutions.
  • - Handle inquiries, send quotations, and negotiate orders as per client requirements.
  • - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Kolkata and eastern region industrial belt.
  • Market Development
  • - Conduct market surveys to identify new project opportunities.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with project consultants, procurement engineers, and purchase heads.
  • - Educate customers on technical specifications (IS/ISO/DIN/ASTM standards).
  • Customer Service & Coordination
  • - Follow up with dispatch/logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • - Collect payments as per agreed credit terms.
  • - Resolve any technical or quality-related customer complaints in coordination with QA or production.
  • - Maintain daily visit reports and customer database using CRM or Excel.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / Graduate (Mechanical / Industrial preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years in industrial product or fastener sales - Industry Exposure: Infrastructure / EPC / OEM / Construction / Fabrication - Skills: B2B sales, negotiation, product knowledge, customer handling - Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Bengali - Computer Skills: MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business. - Mobility: Must have own two-wheeler and willing to travel locally

Compensation:

- Salary: 18,000 35,000/month (depending on experience)
- Sales Incentives: Based on order value and collection - Allowances: Fuel, mobile reimbursement
