We are a growing player in the welding industry, offering a complete range of welding electrodes, wires, consumables, and machines. With a commitment to quality and customer service, we cater to industrial clients across engineering, fabrication, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• - Identify and approach potential clients in industrial zones and fabrication workshops.
• - Promote and sell welding electrodes, MIG/MAG wires, TIG rods, arc welding machines, and accessories.
• - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
• - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Marketing & Promotion
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• - Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new projects.
• - Coordinate with the marketing team for brochures, digital promotions, and product literature.
• Customer Support & Coordination
• - Address client inquiries, product selection, and application support.
• - Work with the manufacturers technical team to resolve quality or performance issues.
• - Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveries and payments.
• - Maintain CRM records and generate daily/weekly visit reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years in welding consumables or industrial product sales - Industry Exposure: Welding / Fabrication / EPC / Steel / Heavy Engineering - Skills: Good communication, technical selling, relationship-building - Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Gujarati - Computer Skills: MS Office, WhatsApp, Email - Mobility: Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel locally

Compensation:

- Salary: 20,000 – 40,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive sales-based incentives - Perks: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement
