About the Role

Jaxl Business Phone is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and target new business opportunities.
• Engage with clients through

  direct visits, calls, and events

  to present and promote Jaxl Business Phone.
• Demonstrate the product, explain features like IVR setup, call analytics, AI campaigns, and team collaboration tools.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and technical teams for client onboarding and post-sale support.
• Prepare and share detailed reports on lead generation, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and new features of VoIP and cloud telephony products.

Qualifications

• MBA, BBA, or Bachelor’s in Commerce/Economics.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field business development

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and field reporting.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
