Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)

Role Overview: As a Female Marketing Executive at our growing construction company, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and customer engagement efforts. Your enthusiasm, confidence, and customer-focused attitude will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Perform tele calling to generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups. - Explain project details to potential clients. - Conduct site visits with clients and give detailed walkthroughs of construction projects. - Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Maintain a database of potential and existing clients and update CRM regularly. - Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events when required. - Prepare marketing reports, lead tracking sheets, and customer feedback summaries. - Maintain professional communication and represent the company with a courteous approach. Key Requirements: - Gender: Female (Required) - Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing & sales (construction/real estate industry preferred). - Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language. - Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude. - Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email handling). - Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business background preferred).
