About the Role: We are looking for Sales & Marketing Executives who are passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships. This role is perfect for MBA Sales & Marketing graduates who want to kickstart their career in sales, business development, and marketing strategy. The initial 6 months will be a structured internship with a stipend. After successful completion and evaluation, candidates will be absorbed as full-time Sales & Marketing Executives with a fixed salary in the range of ₹2–3 LPA, along with performance-based monthly incentives and an annual bonus. Responsibilities: Drive student enrolments by promoting Eduleem’s programs through outreach and counselling. Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Generate and qualify leads through calls, events, referrals, and digital platforms. Work with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales goals. Track and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager. Consistently achieve targets, goals, and milestones to unlock incentives. Requirements: MBA in Sales & Marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business development. Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
