Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive components and B2B sales, along with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in the automotive sector. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers. Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement. Client Relationship Management: Conduct customer needs analysis and provide suitable solutions. Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations. Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination. Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and forecasts. Work closely with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration. Experience: 5-7 years in automotive sales. Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of automotive components and industry sales practices. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools. Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi, Tamil, and Hindi is essential.
