Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a Female Accounts/Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automobile industry and a strong background in administration and accounting tasks. This role involves coordination between two locations – Malleshwaram and Peenya, so having a valid driving license and a personal vehicle is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounts and administrative operations across both sites. Maintain financial records, manage invoices, and ensure timely entries in accounting software. Coordinate with internal departments (HR, stores, procurement, production) for smooth office functioning. Prepare reports, maintain petty cash, and assist in monthly financial closing activities. Support HR in document management, attendance tracking, and leave records if required. Assist with vendor follow-ups, filing of GST and other statutory documents in coordination with CA/Finance team. Ensure proper upkeep of office documents and compliance records. Travel between Malleshwaram and Peenya locations as required. Requirements:Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in accounts and admin roles. Must hold a valid driving license and own a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler for daily commuting. Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and tools (Tally, Excel, or other accounting software). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Should be proactive, reliable, and able to handle responsibilities independently. Must submit previous employment experience certificates for verification. Work Locations:Malleshwaram (Head Office) Peenya (Factory/Branch Office) Preferred Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / BBM / MBA (Finance or Admin) or any relevant graduate degree. Candidates residing in or near Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar, Yeshwanthpur, or Peenya preferred for easier commute.
