Key Responsibilities: Ensure product quality meets defined standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular inspection and testing of automotive parts using standard measuring tools and equipment. Participate in internal and external audits related to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Prepare and maintain quality documents, reports, and inspection records. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Design, and Supplier Quality to resolve quality issues. Train and guide operators and technicians on quality standards and procedures. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 auditing processes.
