Job Title: Marketing Executive – Tiles & Adhesive Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and expand our tiles and adhesive product range in the Raipur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and builders to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration in the Raipur region.
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, contractors, and builders.
• Conduct market surveys to understand competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the technical team to conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and training sessions for dealers and contractors.
• Execute promotional activities such as trade meets, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility of products at dealer points and project sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in tiles, adhesives, building materials, or construction products.
• Strong local market knowledge of Raipur and nearby areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
