Sales & Marketing Executive

based in Mohali, who is eager to grow with an AI-driven organization.This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and technology who will be involved in both sales & marketing activities including managing

outreach campaigns

and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn & cold calling.
Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
Create and manage outreach automation and follow-ups.
Conduct product demos, pitch AI use cases, and close deals.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Optimize marketing funnels for better lead generation and conversions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Work closely with marketing and tech teams to customize proposals.

Requirements

Freshers to 2 years of experience candidates with good knowledge of sales outreach.
Strong verbal communication & presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, and B2B tech products.
Familiarity with AI related marketing tools( Hubspot AI, Mailchimp with AI features etc).
Ability to analyze leads, track performance, and improve conversion rates.
