Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Work From Home) Company: Career Fairy India – Recruitment & Marketing Agency Location: Chennai (Candidates must reside in Chennai) About the Role: Career Fairy India is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our business growth team. In this role, you will engage with clients remotely and occasionally meet them at our office or their premises (if required). You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure successful closure of recruitment and marketing service requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead sourcing Handle inbound leads and convert them into active business opportunities Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person when necessary) Collect requirements from clients and coordinate internally with the hiring and lead generation teams Prepare quotations, invoices, client proposals, and agreements Maintain strong and continuous client relationship management for repeat and referral business Ensure daily, weekly & monthly target achievement on revenue and closures Maintain proper reporting and communication with internal stakeholders Contribute ideas for business expansion and process improvements Required Skills & Qualifications: minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, client handling, or recruitment sales (or freshers also considered those who are with strong communication and self confidence ) Strong communication and negotiation skills Languages Required: English, Tamil & Hindi (mandatory) Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools preferred Strong follow-up skills and ability to multitask Willingness to meet clients when needed Work DetailsType: Full-Time (Work From Home) Location: Chennai (On-field meetings only when required) Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)- 1 hr lunch and 15 min forenoon and afternoon breaks.
