Job Title: Requirement Collector (Field – Manpower Agency)Company: Career Fairy India – Recruitment & Manpower AgencyJob Type: Full-time (Field Work)Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive Requirement Collector responsible for visiting various organizations to collect daily manpower hiring requirements and manpower database. The candidate will act as the first point of contact between potential clients and our inside sales/HR team. Key Responsibilities:Visit companies, schools/colleges, hospitals, manufacturing units, retail outlets, warehouses, and other businesses to collect manpower requirements. Collect and share 30–50 new hiring enquiries per day from new businesses/clients. Maintain daily records of collected requirements and submit to the inside sales team for follow-up and closure. Collect a weekly target of 100 manpower candidate databases and share them with the HR Team. Establish and maintain client communication for repeat requirements and relationship building. Identify hiring needs for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar job roles. Generate leads through field visits, local connections, associations, communities & business clusters. Provide daily reporting and productivity updates to the manager. Maintain professionalism while interacting with client stakeholders. Prerequisites / Requirements:Basic communication skills in English, Hindi & Tamil (mandatory). Good interpersonal & negotiation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships. Comfortable with outdoor field activities. Must be able to travel daily (local travel). Smartphone with internet access. Self-motivated & target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Forms/Sheets, Email. Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any Diploma / Graduate (No restriction on stream) Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
