About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for

    Defence and Satellite solutions

    .
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with

    Ministry of Defence (MoD), DRDO, ISRO, Defence PSUs, armed forces, and international agencies

    .
  • Prepare and submit

    technical-commercial bids, RFP responses, and tenders

    in compliance with defence procurement procedures (DPP/DPM/GEM).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    government officials, PSUs, EPCs, and private defence contractors

    .
  • Conduct

    market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence

    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide

    customized solutions and proposals

    .
  • Represent SRB International at

    Defence Expos, Aero India, Space Exhibitions, and international trade fairs

    .
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s

    growth in defence and space domains

    .



Key Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of

    defence procurement policies, space technology, and satellite communication systems

    .
  • Experience in

    B2G (Business-to-Government)

    and

    B2B sales

    in Defence/Space/Aerospace.
  • Strong

    networking, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Familiarity with

    offset policies, international trade practices, and contracts

    .
  • Ability to manage complex projects, proposals, and government liaisons.
  • Strategic mindset with a

    result-driven approach

    .



Preferred Experience

  • Mid-Level (3–7 Years):

    Hands-on experience in sales/BD with exposure to Defence/PSUs/Space agencies.
  • Senior/Manager Level (8–15 Years):

    Proven track record of handling

    large-scale government/PSU accounts, international defence trade, and team leadership

    .
  • Prior work with

    Defence PSUs, DRDO, ISRO, or global defence companies

    is highly desirable.
