Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator who can manage our sales team, ensure timely client follow-ups, and generate detailed sales reports. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a background in B2B sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team effectively
• Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure targets are met
• Follow up with clients and prospects regularly
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports
• Liaise with marketing to support campaigns and promotions
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in B2B or distribution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven

Job Details:

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
