Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives by building and nurturing long-term partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional communities.
• Visit colleges regularly to engage with placement officers, HODs, principals, and other key stakeholders for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
• Present and promote the company’s products/services through structured sales pitches, presentations, and proposal discussions, and close onboarding agreements.
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing and advertising activities within colleges and professional communities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Organize, coordinate, and support various college-based events such as seminars, workshops, orientations, career talks, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct classroom sessions, student orientations, and awareness programs to drive student registrations and conversions.
• Work closely with student ambassadors and college coordinators to increase engagement, sign-ups, and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain continuous communication with partnered colleges to ensure smooth execution of activities and sustained relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to college onboarding, student acquisition, revenue, and marketing outreach.
• Maintain a structured sales and outreach pipeline, track leads, follow up systematically, and adhere to internal CRM and reporting processes.
• Make daily outreach calls and visits, and share weekly performance and progress reports with management.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and expand market presence.
