Role Overview

Sales Manager / Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Build and expand the channel partner and broker ecosystem across Delhi-NCR.
Generate qualified leads through direct client engagement, HNI/UHNI networks, and corporate connects.
Create and execute sourcing strategies targeting luxury buyers, NRIs, and investors.

2. Sales & Closures

Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, site visits at Trump Tower Noida, negotiations, deal structuring, and closures.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Deliver high-quality sales presentations and project walkthroughs, ensuring a premium experience for prospective clients.

3. Relationship Management

Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional pre-sales and post-sales client support to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals.

4. Market Insights & Strategy

Track competitor offerings, pricing, and luxury real estate market trends in Noida.
Provide on-ground insights to marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning and campaigns.
Leverage intelligence to strengthen Trump Towers market leadership in luxury residential real estate.

Key Requirements

Experience:
6 -10 years in luxury residential real estate sales with a proven track record of closures.
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong broker/channel partner network in Delhi-NCR (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage high-value transactions and interact seamlessly with HNI/UHNI clientele.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
