Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the corporate gifting or premium consumer gifting segment. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the gifting ecosystem, corporate sales cycles, relationship management, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients in the gifting space. Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and customized gifting solutions Account Management:Manage and grow key accounts by offering tailored solutions â—‹ Ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of sales executives â—‹ Set targets, monitor performance, and mentor team members Gifting Knowledge & Solutioning: Bring deep knowledge of gift products, categories, packaging, and personalization trends â—‹ Work closely with product and procurement teams to create relevant offerings Sales Planning & Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and pipeline â—‹ Provide regular updates on performance and market intelligence Seasonal Campaign Management Plan and execute strategies for peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and outreach programs Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of B2B or institutional sales experience with at least 1+ years in the gifting industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong existing network in corporate, retail, or channel partner ecosystem Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems Show more Show less
