Job Description

About the Role:

proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive

business development, lead generation, client servicing, and order coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for
corporate gifting
and
packaging
Understand customer requirements and offer
tailored product and packaging solutions
Coordinate internally with design, production, and dispatch teams for seamless execution
Manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and explore upselling opportunities
Represent the company at
exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
and reporting goals

Requirements:

36 years of proven experience
in
B2B sales
, preferably in
corporate gifting, packaging, printing, or merchandise
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of client servicing and solution selling
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email tools
Fluency in English (Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage)
Must be
based in Bangalore
or willing to relocate and work on-site
