About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, packaging aesthetics, and execution. You will work across our two brands Kappa Boxes (Premium Rigid Box Packaging) and Corporate Gifting/Merchandise – to develop impactful packaging, marketing visuals, and brand assets. This role bridges creativity with practicality, supporting both client projects and internal branding. Key Responsibilities: Design rigid box structures , sleeves, and visual packaging mockups Create branding & promotional creatives – brochures, catalogs, exhibition materials, etc. Design engaging social media posts and digital graphics for campaigns Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production/vendors for execution Understand client briefs and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines Support visual storytelling for our in-house marketing & B2B presentation needs Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Requirements: 3–6 years of graphic design experience (packaging design is a strong plus) Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, structure understanding, and brand design Working knowledge of print processes, packaging materials , and layout planning Good communication, multitasking, and time management skills Must be based in Bangalore or willing to work on-site full-time Salary & Benefits: Salary based on experience Performance-based creative incentives/bonuses Opportunity to work with a growing design-led packaging and gifting house How to Apply: Send your portfolio + resume to: HR@KappaBoxes.com Contact: +91 88673 59798 | +91 88677 19798 Website: www.kappaboxes.com
