About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to manage sales across our brands, offering Premium Rigid Packaging Solutions and Corporate Gifting & Merchandise. The ideal candidate will handle lead generation, client servicing, order coordination, and business development across B2B, retail, and online segments. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for corporate gifting and packaging solutions. Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or packaging ideas. Coordinate internally for samples, pricing, and delivery timelines. Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients. Represent the company at client visits, exhibitions, and events. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, packaging, or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle diverse product categories (gifting + packaging). Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication. Fluency in English and Kannada preferred. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
