Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, design thinking, and practical execution skills to support our packaging and gifting brands Kappa Boxes (Premium Rigid Boxes) and New Source Hub (Corporate Gifting & Merchandise). The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to design box structures, branding collateral, and digital creatives that align with our brand identity and client needs. Key Responsibilities: Create structural and visual designs for rigid boxes, sleeves, gift packaging, and merchandise branding. Develop visual content for marketing: brochures, catalogs, social media posts, mockups, and presentations. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/production for final execution. Understand client briefs and translate them into high-quality visuals within timelines. Support internal branding and creative campaigns for exhibitions, promos, and web. Ensure brand consistency across all touch points. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (packaging design experience is a plus). Proficiency in Corel DRAW (mandatory), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, precision, and functional design. Knowledge of packaging materials, print techniques, and layout planning is preferred. Good communication and time management skills. Must be based in or willing to work from Bangalore.
