Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through client call engagement,
site visits, negotiation, closure and brand promotion. The role demands a proactive individual
with excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate and the ability to deliver
superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions and conversions in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both the Clients and Channel Partners.
Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Marketing & Business Development
Support marketing campaigns, events and brand promotions.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and lead
generation.
Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies for business growth.
Assist in preparing sales materials, brochures and social media content when
required.
Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or any other stream.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Passionate about real estate, customer success and achieving results.
