Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales generation and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee field sales management, ensuring that sales targets are met through effective field work and coordination.
  • Engage in sales activities related to brokerage and mutual funds, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales generation, sales & marketing, and field sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, particularly in brokerage and mutual funds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for field sales activities.
