Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, working to meet or exceed targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and identifying new market opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
Strong ability to develop sales strategies and identify market opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and prepare reports
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
