Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage potential exhibitors and sponsors across relevant industries
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand presence
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    3–5 years

    of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
