Vendor Research & Outreach Intern

As a Vendor Research & Outreach Intern at Wedding Asia World, your role will involve supporting backend operations by conducting in-depth research to identify wedding vendors through platforms such as Google, Instagram, and online directories. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining organized spreadsheets with vendor data including name, category, contact info, and location. Additionally, you will reach out to vendors via cold calls or messages to introduce Wedding Asia World and onboard them. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research to discover wedding vendors on Google, Instagram, and online directories - Create and manage organized spreadsheets containing vendor information such as name, category, contact details, and location - Reach out to vendors through cold calls or messages to introduce Wedding Asia World and facilitate onboarding Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills and confidence in making phone calls - Proficiency in conducting smart research and familiarity with various social media platforms - Attention to detail and consistency in data entry and follow-up procedures No prior experience is necessary for this position, but having a keen interest in the wedding, luxury, or lifestyle space would be advantageous.
