Job Summary: Wedding Asia are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and related services for Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent networking skills, and a passion for the events and exhibitions industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify and engage potential exhibitors and sponsors across relevant industries Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand presence Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach Passion for exhibitions and live experiences Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
