Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the Pune region
Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and architects
Monitor competitor activities and suggest appropriate actions to stay ahead in the market
Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure regular product movement in the channel
Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and brand presence
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for campaign execution and customer feedback
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and reports

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in paint or building materials industry
Strong dealer/distributor network knowledge in the Pune region
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
