About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Vesta Grand Central-Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Udaipur hospitality market, with proven experience in selling 3 to 4-star hotels. This role demands a target-driven individual with strong local connections and the ability to build and sustain B2B and B2C relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive room revenue and occupancy.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships, and develop new leads in the corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments.

Represent the hotel at key industry events and sales calls in the local and regional market.

Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Hospitality market.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Udaipur Market

Strong portfolio of corporate and travel agent contacts in the city.

Experience in promoting mid-scale hotels (3 to 4-star category).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of hospitality sales tools, OTA platforms, and market trends.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
