Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and supervise a team to achieve sales targets, build lasting relationships with clients, and manage daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of financial services. Responsibilities include overseeing loan disbursement processes, planning sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and identifying new business opportunities within the region. The role requires coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Strong ability to create and execute sales strategies, and manage team performance metrics
• Knowledge of financial products, including commercial vehicle loans, car loans, tractor loans, and secured business loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with paperless technology platforms
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience working in financial services or NBFCs is a plus
