Job Description

Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell
Level Gauges and Electronic Water Level Indicators
across your assigned region.
Plan and deliver impactful product presentations to
potential clients and consultants
, highlighting product range, competitive pricing, and technical benefits.
Visit clients and consultants regularly to
generate leads, conduct product demos, and convert opportunities into sales
.
Achieve monthly and annual
sales targets
as per company goals.
Maintain consistent engagement with customers, end users, and consultants to ensure satisfaction and sustained business.
Gather customer application insights and communicate with
Head Office
for product customizations or improvements.
Coordinate with the HO for
timely dispatch of products and collection of payments
.
Conduct
competition analysis
to identify market trends and new business opportunities.
Expand the client base by
winning over competitors customers
and tapping into new market segments.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Metallurgy.
Experience:
4 - 8 years in
Sales & Marketing
, preferably in
Valves, Level Gauges, or Process Industries
.
Technical aptitude and interest in selling industrial/engineering products.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and passion for customer engagement.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Proficient in
MS Office
,
ERP/ABAS systems
, and internet-based research and reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment and meet targets consistently.
