Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell

    Level Gauges and Electronic Water Level Indicators

    across your assigned region.
  • Plan and deliver impactful product presentations to

    potential clients and consultants

    , highlighting product range, competitive pricing, and technical benefits.
  • Visit clients and consultants regularly to

    generate leads, conduct product demos, and convert opportunities into sales

    .
  • Achieve monthly and annual

    sales targets

    as per company goals.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with customers, end users, and consultants to ensure satisfaction and sustained business.
  • Gather customer application insights and communicate with

    Head Office

    for product customizations or improvements.
  • Coordinate with the HO for

    timely dispatch of products and collection of payments

  • Conduct

    competition analysis

    to identify market trends and new business opportunities.
  • Expand the client base by

    winning over competitors customers

    and tapping into new market segments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Metallurgy.
  • Experience:

    4 - 8 years in

    Sales & Marketing

    , preferably in

    Valves, Level Gauges, or Process Industries

    .
  • Technical aptitude and interest in selling industrial/engineering products.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and passion for customer engagement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office
