Sales Manager-US Region

As a Regional Manager based in Pune, you will be responsible for driving business development and operations within the US region. Your role will involve developing and executing regional strategies for IT services and reselling, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships. You will collaborate with C-level executives to understand their business needs, propose customized IT solutions, and lead a team focused on delivering high-quality services. Your key responsibilities will include developing compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts, optimizing sales cycles, and negotiating large-scale deals to drive revenue growth. You will also coordinate regional sales and operations teams, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing IT services and reselling operations, particularly in the US market. Strong solution-based sales approach, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with C-level executives are essential. In-depth knowledge of IT services, including DevOps and Agile practices, would be preferred.
