This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
-Strong sales and negotiation skills
-Experience in team management and leadership
-Proficiency in market analysis and research
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience in the real estate industry is a must
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
