Position Overview: As a Sales Manager in our Luxury Modular Kitchen Unit, you will lead the sales team and be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the luxury Modular Kitchen industry. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our exclusive luxury Modular Kitchen products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, interior designers, and architects.
• Provide personalized service and cater to client preferences and requirements.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our luxury Modular Kitchen products and their unique selling points.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and sales team members.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in luxury Modular Kitchen
• Strong knowledge of the luxury Modular Kitchen industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Passion for luxury products and an eye for design aesthetics.
