Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Position: Sales Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential, commercial, and plotting projects.
Generate new leads through networking, market research, channel partners, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in real estate sales and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to drive and motivate a team.
Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
Goal-oriented and target-driven approach.
Knowledge of local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
