Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction. The role also involves market analysis to drive revenue growth and staying updated on industry trends to align business strategies with market demands.

Qualifications

Strong sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and driving sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with financial services and products; experience in the banking or finance sectors is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable
Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a competitive market
