Job Description

As a Sales Manager at AIONTECH Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling Tableau & Alteryx licenses in addition to consulting services. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales & Business Development: - Drive sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with consulting services to enterprises. - Identify and engage with key decision-makers to effectively pitch solutions. - Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. - Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. - Key Account Management: - Build strong relationships with existing clients. - Identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities within accounts. - Act as a trusted advisor by offering tailored solutions to client business challenges. - New Business Acquisition: - Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. - Identify potential opportunities in various sectors such as banking, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and IT. - Collaborate with marketing & presales teams to create compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations. - Market & Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and automation. - Understand competitor offerings and differentiate AION TECH's value proposition. - Work closely with product & technical teams to address client queries effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales / enterprise sales, preferably in data analytics or BI solutions. - Strong experience in selling software licenses. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders. - Strong negotiation & communication skills with a consultative selling approach. - A self-starter with high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
