Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  
• Identify, qualify, and generate B2B/B2C leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.
  
• Promote and sell IT hardware, networking solutions, and software products/services to corporate, SMB, and individual clients.
  
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design solutions tailored to client needs.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 58 years of experience in IT product and solutions sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in

  B2B and B2C lead generation

  for IT hardware, networking, and software products/services.
• Strong understanding of system integration, networking, and IT solutions.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
