We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B and B2C lead generation for IT hardware, networking, and software products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales pipelines, building client relationships, and leading the sales team toward achieving ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Identify, qualify, and generate B2B/B2C leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events. Requirements Experience: Minimum 58 years of experience in IT product and solutions sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Switchnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role involves driving B2B and B2C sales for IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment) and software solutions (licensed software, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc.). You will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations, and closing sales remotely through phone, email, and online tools. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT hardware and software solutions. Prepare and send customized quotations and follow-up for closure. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Coordinate with vendors/distributors to get pricing, availability, and product specifications. Maintain and update CRM with daily sales activities and pipeline status. Work closely with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 14 years of inside sales or tele sales experience, preferably in IT products/services.
