Sungard Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our elevator sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technical sales, a solid understanding of elevator systems (or similar engineering products), and proven leadership experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and leading a motivated sales team.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to shape sales approaches.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and project developers.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.
Provide regular coaching and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sales support and service coordination.
Handle key account management and resolve escalated customer issues.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget analyses to management.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer interaction data in CRM systems.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and service teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery.
Provide feedback from the market to support product development and improvement.
Candidate should be of elevator Industry relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
