We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and scale our revenue efforts. Key Responsibilities: Own and achieve the monthly sales target through memberships, renewals, and personal training packages Lead and manage the end-to-end sales funnel: walk-ins, digital leads, cold leads, referrals Supervise, train, and motivate a small sales team and front desk executives Execute local marketing activations (society outreach, partnerships, events) Improve lead conversion ratio by deploying WhatsApp-first, follow-up, and referral strategies Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and KPIs Drive customer retention by engaging with current members for upgrades and renewals Coordinate with digital marketing, trainers, and management for a unified growth plan Who You Are: Proven track record in hitting aggressive sales targets Experience in fitness/wellness/hospitality sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, result-oriented, and data-savvy Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and digital follow-ups Willing to relocate to Ranchi if based elsewhere Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance bonuses Free gym membership + discounted PT packages Accommodation/relocation support for outstation candidates Fast career growth into Cluster Head / Business Head roles
