*Job Summary*: The Operations Manager in the Elevator Industry is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator systems. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and implement processes to meet safety, quality, and performance standards, while optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities*: - *Operational Oversight*: Lead and supervise all operational functions within the elevator division, including the installation, servicing, and modernization of elevator systems. - *Team Management*: Direct, motivate, and manage a team of field technicians, project managers, and service coordinators, ensuring high performance and development. - *Project Coordination*: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects and services. - *Client Relations*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent communication and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. - *Safety & Compliance*: Ensure adherence to all industry safety regulations, codes, and standards, while promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence across all teams. - *Process Improvement*: Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. - *Budget Management*: Manage departmental budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation to meet financial goals. - *Performance Monitoring*: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate operational performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary. - *Inventory and Resource Management*: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and management of tools, equipment, and parts necessary for elevator operations. Qualifications*: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the elevator or related industries. - Strong knowledge of elevator systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
