Shervani Group Hotels – Shervani Hotel Nehru Place New Delhi, Shervani Hilltop Nainital, Shervani Pebbles and Pines Jim Corbett, Te Aroha by Shervani Mukteshwar


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in doing sales calls for all units.
  • Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
  • Services existing business through management of account bases
  • Manage the corporate head office and the preferred hotel history for that company
  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with Travel Agents, Corporates and Banqueting queries
  • Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
  • Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business
  • Builds profile existence within local market place through attendance at various events and local markets.
  • Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections
  • Travel to various Units as an when required to promote the hotel and develop potential business
  • Monitor existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business 
  • Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business
  • Interfaces with operations on a timely basis
  • Assesses sales and marketing data
  • Assists with the preparation of new products and services
  • Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
  • Analyses sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals
  • Implement direction from GM - Sales and Marketing

Salary Offered

Plus Incentives along with other company benefits.

Candidate should have own bike / Car for transportation, however company will reimburse the same.

Place of Work – Saket, New Delhi

*We have  2nd and 4th Saturdays off.


Qualifications

  • Strategic Sales Planning, tracking sales data, and managing sales forecasts
  • Experience in client relationship management and market research
  • Team leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
