Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jammu. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead and coach a sales team to achieve targets, and develop marketing strategies to expand the organization’s customer base. The role will include monitoring team performance, driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, collaborating with agents and brokers, and preparing regular sales reports. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and achieving targets
Experience in team management, leadership, and training
Proficiency in marketing and business development strategies
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Ability to work on-site in Jammu and build connections in the local market
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
