Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities: 1. Sales Growth & Strategy Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve agreed targets and sustainable growth in the assigned territory. Perform all sales-driven activities for Veko Care Pvt. Ltd. Apply the overall sales process to meet or exceed targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient product and service planning. 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and guide team members to achieve sales objectives. Provide strategic and operational support for their development and performance. 3. Business Development & Opportunity Management Identify and develop business opportunities with customers, partners, and through collaboration with the technical team. Discover and drive new opportunities, strengthen the sales pipeline, and increase opportunity pipeline value. 4. Account & Distribution Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to track market trends and business opportunities. Drive business growth through effective distribution management and customer portfolio expansion. 5. Product & Market Strategy Support Product Management to develop and implement country-specific strategies. Collaborate with regional product managers for platform marketing and market intelligence. Contribute to Pharma Solutions strategy development and execution. 6. Sales Operations & Excellence Execute Sales Excellence initiatives: Pricing, Salesforce usage, and BRM compliance. Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolve any order blocks. 7. Planning & Forecasting Work closely with sub-regional planners to ensure adequate stock availability for customers. Provide accurate, territory-based sales forecasts. 8. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities Ensure all business dealings are compliant with pharmaceutical laws, contracts, and agreements. 9. Innovation & Market Intelligence Gather market feedback and customer insights to contribute to the innovation pipeline. Actively share insights for future product development and strategic alignment. 10. Alliances & Business Management Support management in business alliances, investments, and cross-functional initiatives. Provide regular reports on sales and allied activities as per the requirement.
