Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Solar to lead our solar energy sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar or renewable energy solutions and a proven track record of managing sales pipelines, closing deals, and driving business growth. This role will play a key part in expanding our customer base and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives in the solar sector. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and product offerings. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to streamline project execution and customer experience. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in solar or renewable energy. Willingness to travel as needed. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of solar products, financing options, and industry trends.
