Project Coordinator-Solar Division

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all phases from design to installation adhere to set deadlines. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and addressing any issues promptly. Procurement & Logistics: Oversee the acquisition of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects meet local permitting and utility interconnection requirements; maintain accurate records of all project activities. Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently to prevent delays and cost overruns. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies. In additional:- 1. Subsidy Application 2.
