Currently we are hiring Manager role for Solar Structure manufacturing industry.

Role: Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager Solar Rooftop Projects

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Delhi NCR | Karnal | Uttar Pradesh | Punjab

Preferred industry: Solar Structure Industry

It is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the execution and management of commercial and residential rooftop solar projects. The role will involve end-to-end project lifecycle handling from site surveys and customer coordination to commissioning and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Management

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of rooftop solar projects.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage daily site operations, contractor teams, and safety compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Interface with residential and commercial clients for technical discussions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when required.

Vendor & Material Management

• Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of solar panels, inverters, structures, and BOS materials.
• Ensure quality checks and documentation of all received materials.

Team Leadership (Manager & Sr. Manager level)

• Lead and mentor project engineers and site supervisors.
• Allocate resources and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure team productivity and accountability.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances (CEA, net metering, safety norms).
• Maintain documentation including DPRs, project reports, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
• Support in subsidy documentation if applicable.
