Responsibilities

  • Achieving Individual Sales Goals:

    Drive and exceed assigned sales objectives with a strong focus on new client acquisition across corporates, institutions, lawyers, law firms, and government agencies.
  • New Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

    Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients within the audience segments and build a strong pipeline for consistent business growth.
  • Face-to-Face Meetings & Consultative Selling:

    Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

    Deliver engaging presentations and demos that highlight product value, address objections, and support decision-making.
  • Closing Sales:

    Negotiate and finalize deals effectively to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Training:

    Conduct onboarding sessions and provide training to ensure new clients can fully leverage the platform’s features.
  • Client Support & Relationship Management:

    Maintain healthy relationships with clients by offering timely assistance, resolving concerns, and sharing relevant updates.
  • Client Renewals:

    Manage and secure renewals by ensuring high client satisfaction and demonstrating continued value.
  • Sales & Marketing Initiatives:

    Participate in campaigns, events, networking, and other promotional activities to boost visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Product & Market Knowledge:

    Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
