Ictect the Intelligent Content Company has a special position available for Sales Manager to lead and expand our customer base and revenue streams in the rapidly evolving fields of Intelligent Content, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. As a key member of our global team, youll develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help shape the future of our innovative software solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts. Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights into sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Represent Ictect at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies. Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable. Desired Skills: Bachelors or masters degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or related fields. 510 years of sales experience, preferably in software or content services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment. Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship building. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. High level of motivation, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Location: We have offices and satellite locations in Burlington, WI, US and Bhopal, India. We are offering remote work from any location in India for this position. The candidates from Bangalore location will be preferred for this role.
